The Bar Bulletin is the official publication of the State Bar of New Mexico. It includes the complete text of advance opinions issued each week by the New Mexico Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals, writs of certiorari, the list of published and unpublished Court of Appeals’ opinions, the legal education calendar, and notices and announcements. The circulation of approximately 9,000 includes all practicing attorneys in New Mexico, court officials, federal judges, libraries, other subscribers, and advertisers.
